- على طاولة مرشوشة نحل العجينة و نطليها بكريم بتسري و ننثر فوق شكولاطة مبشورة و نلفها على شكل انبوب.
- نقطع دواير و على صينية مرشوشة بالفرينة نضع دواءير و نضغط عليهم باليد ضغطة خفيفة و نغطهم و نتركهم حتى يتخمرو.
- نطههم في الفرن 180د حتى يطيبو و يتحمرو ننزعهم و نخلط مربى بماء زهر و نطلهم فوق بمربى و نزينهم بالشكولاطة.
