- وبعد ما يستوي الدجاج يحمر في الفرن ويوضع الرز على مرقه الدجاج ونضيف بهارات على الرز وعود قرفه وفلفل أخضر حار بدون تقطيع.
- يبشر الجزر ويوضع عليه زيت زيتون وكمون وفلفل اسود وملح ويترك على النار لمده ربع ساعه وبعدها يوضع الزبيب عليه.
- وبالعافيه 🌹.
