- اقلب البصل لحد ما يذبل واضيف فصوص الثوم واقلبهم بعدين اضيف العدس مع البهارات واقلبهم مع بعض.
- اضيف الماء الساخن على العدس واتركهم يغلو مع بعض خمسه دقائق بس.
- اضيف الرز المصري بعد غسله واحرك الخليط كويس.
- اضيف ماء مغلي على الرز بحيث يغمر الماء الخليط وازبط الملح وبس يغلي اهدي الغاز تحته واغلق غطاء القدر.
- في مقلاة على الغاز احمر البصل المقطع جوانح لحد ما يصير لونه ذهبي.
- انشل البصل من الزيت واضعه على ورق المطبخ.
- بعد ما تستوي المجدره اضيف عليها شوية من الزيت اللي قليت فيه البصل واقلبهم بشوكه واغرف المجدره وازينها بالبصل وتقدم مع سلطه ومخلل وصحه.
