2. ونضع بعد ذلك البطاطس ونضع الكوسه و نقلبه جيدا ثم نضع مكعبات الطماطم ونضع الكزبره والبقدونس والشبت.
3. نتركها تبرد ثم نضع البيض ونقلبه على الخليط ثم نضع ثلاث ملاعق دقيق ونضع ملعقة بيكنج بودر ثم نضع الملح والفلفل والكمون ونقلبهم ونضعهم في صينيه وندخلهم الفرن على درجه حراره ١٨٠.
