  1. نقشر الخضار بطاطا والكوسا والباذنجان نقطعها إلى مكعبات صغيره و نقليهم في الزيت.
  2. في مقلاة على النار نضع الزيت و البصل المبشور و نحركهم حتى يصير لونهم دهبي نضع فوقهم الفلفل و الطماطم مقطعين قطع صغيرة و نحركهم حتى يذبلو نضيف فوقهم البقدونس و الكزبرة و الملح و الفلفل و البهارات.
  3. بعد ما قلينا الخضار نضيف فوقهم الخلطة اللي في المقلاة و نحط فوقهم 2 بيضة و البقسماط و نخلطهم مع بعض و نصبهم في الطاجن المدهون بالزيت و مرشوش بالبقسماط و نساوي الوجه و نضيف فوقه بيضه مخفوقة مع فلفل أسود.
  4. ندخلها الفرن على درجه حرارة 200 من شغل فوق و تحت حتى تستوي.
  5. و بالهناء 😙😘😍.
