- نغسل الفول ونحطه على الصلصة يغلي لما يدخل على السوا خلاص نزود مياه ولما تغلي نضيف مج من الرز ونقلب ويغلو مع بعض وكل شويه نقلبه عشان مش يلزق ونحط الملح وكمون ولما الرز يستوي نطفي خلاص وخلال السوا لو احتاج مياه نزوده مياه ساخنه.
