  2. نضع البيض في طبق كبير وعليه الملح والبهارات ونخفق ثم الحليب والبقدونس والخضار والبيكنج بودر ونقلب جيدا.
  3. نضيف علي الخليط السابق البصل والدقيق ونقلبهم.
  4. ندهن قالب بالسمن ونضع فيه كل الخليط ونضعه في فرن ساخن علي حراره 200 حوالي 15 دقيقه وممكن فتح الشوايه لإعطاء القالب لون ذهبي جميل والف هنا.
