- يوضع البصل مع قليل زيت ويقلب لما يشقر ونضيف الجزر المبشور والطماطم المفرومه وصلصه الطماطم والماجي والملح والفلفل الأسود.
- نغطيه شويه يتسبك ونضيف قطع الدجاج مع بهارات الدجاج على نار هاديه حتى تنضج الدجاج.
- نخرج الدجاج من القدر نضعها في صحن الفرن ونعمللها صلصه طماطم وفلفل اسود ورشه ملح ونضعها في الفرن لتاخذ اللون الاحمر.
- نضيف الرز الى القدر الى كان فيه الدجاج ونضيف ورق الغار والليمون المجفف ونغطي الى ان ينضج الرز.
- بعد ان ينضج الرز نضع قطعه فحم على نار ومن ثم في نصف بصله وزيت ونضع الفحم ونضعها بين الرز ليتبخر.
- بعد ان يستوي الدجاج نضع الرز وفوق الدجاج وبصل اخضر دوائر وبالهنا والشفاء.
