- نضع الزيت في المقلاة ونشوح فيه قطع من الدجاج مع الملح والبصل و الثوم والبهارات المشكله للشاورما مع التحريك حتى ينضج الدجاج ونزيله..
- ونحضر الكفتة نضيف الزيت في المقلاة والكفتة والبهارات شورما اللحم ونشوح جيدا حتى ينضج.
- نعمر خبز التورتيلا بالقليل من الصوص نضيف له الخص والقليل من الدجاج والكفته وجبنة الشرائح ثم البطاطس ونطويها على شكل ضرف ونعملها في آلات البنيني وبالصحة وراحة.
