- يوضع الدجاج ويقلب جيدا ثم يترك يطبخ ٣٠ دقيقه.
- يصفى الدجاج من المرق ويترك جانباً ويضاف الارز على المرق ويطهى.
- يدهن الدجاج بصفار الزعفران وماء الورد ويدخل الفرن ويشوى الوجه.
- بعد نضوج الارز يرش بالزبيب ويوخذ قطعه فحم صغيره وتوضع بفنجان داخل الارز ويسكب عليها الزيت ويغطى القدر الى ان يتبخر الارز.
- يدخل الدجاج في القدر بعد تحميره ليأخذ نكهه التبخير..
