- من جهة نسخن الطاجين على نار متوسطة وعندما يختمر الخبز نبدأ بطهيه نبدأ بالولى نضعها في الطاجين ونحلها بيدي رقيقة ونتركها تطهى عندما تبدأ تنتفخ نقلبها من الجهة الأخرى ونبقى نقلب فيها حتى توجد معانا.
