- نسلق المعكرونه ونضع في طاسه معلقتين زيت ونضع فصوص الثوم المفرومه ونشوحها ثم نضع عليها الطماطم المفرومه ونضع عليها خل وملح وبهارات وشطه حسب الحاجه وتترك حتى النضج..
- نأتي بالبصل المقطع ونضع عليه ملح ودقيق ونشا وفي طاسه بها زيت وفير حتى يقدح ثم نضع البصل بالدقيق والملح والنشا حتى يحمر وينشف مثل الشيبسي..
