1. للعجن نقوم بخفق البيض واضافة الملح والسكر والفانيليا واضافة الماء وخفقه واضافة الدقيق والخميره والبيكمبودرا والعجن حتى تتماسك العجين وتكون رطبه قليلا وبعد ان ترتاح ربع ساعة نقوم بإضافة الزبده للعجين ونعجنها ونتركها حتى تتخمر وبعد ها تكون جاهزه للفرد.
2. نقطع العجين ونفردها بالنشابه وندهنها بالزبده او السمن حسب الرغبه ونضيف لها خلطة السكر والقرفه والكاكاو ونقطعها مستطيلات ونلفها ونضعها في الطاجين حتى تتخمر ونضعها في الفرن تنضج على حرارة 180 بعد ان تنضج نقوم بإضافة الحليب المكتف المحلى والشوكولاته واي مكون للتزيين حسب الرغبه.
