- نضيف الملح و الفلفل الاسود و كوب ماء مغلي ثم نضيف الدجاج و اول ما تغلي المويا نوطي النار و نغطيها و نتركها نص ساعه.
- نقلي باقي الجزر.
- بعد ما ينضج الدجاج نخرجه من القدر و نحطة بصينية و نخلط ع جنب باقي معجون الطاطم و كزبرة ناشفه و زيت و ندهن الدجاج و ندخله الفرن ع نار متوسطة من فوق و نحمره.
- و نضيف الرز بعد غسلة و نقعه على مرق الدجاج و مهم انو كمية مرق الدجاج تغضي الرز و نضيف الفلفل الحار و الكمون و نتركها لحد ينضج الرز.
