  1. نضع الزيت والبصل والطماطم يحمس حتى يذبل ثم نضيف ماء حار والدجاجه.
  2. نضيف ٣ ملاعق صلصله و البهارات العدله و الملح و الماجي ويترك يطبخ نصف ساعه لحين نضج الدجاجه.
  3. وبعد نضج الدجاجه نشخل مويه الدجاج ونحمر الدجاجه في الفرن.
  4. تحمير الدجاجه : نضع ملعقه من ماء الدجاج وملعقه صلصه ونخلطهم ونغطي بهن الدجاجه ونحمرها في الفرن.
  5. نعدل ملحه الماء اذا يحتاج ملح نضيف له وكذلك الماء ثم نضيف الارز و جزرتين مبشورات والحبحر ومعهن الزبيب ويترك على نار عاليه حتى يجف الماء ثم يقصر له حتى يزين ، ويضاف له الكشنه عند التقديم.
  6. الكشنه : بصلتين يقطع صغير ويضع عليهن الزيت ونص مكعب ماجي وفلفل اسود وليمون اسود مطحون وكركم وتقلب على النار قليلا ثم تضاف فوق الارز.. وبالعافيه.
