- الدق نجيب البصل قطع صغيرة ونشوحها وبعدين نحط عليها الثوم ونقلبهم ونقوم حطين الخل عليها وعصير الطماطم وملح وفلفل وكزيرة ناشفة ونسيبها تتسبك.
- بعد ما نجهز كل حاجة في طيق كبير ونحط الارز والمعكرونه و بنذوقه بالحمص والبصل الجوانح وبالهنا والشفا.
