Instructions to make السينابون:
- تخلط السوائل (البيض،الحليب،الزبدة،والخميرة،السكر.
- ينخل الدقيق والبيكنج باودر.
- يوضع خليط الدقيق والبيكنج باودر على خليط السوائل وتعجن جيدآ.
- تترك لتختمر لمدة 30 دقيقة.
- بعد التخمير تفرد ويوضع عليها الزبدة ويرش السكر والقرفة وتلف على شكل رول.
- تقطع على شكل دوائر وتترك لتختمر لمدة10 دقائق.
- توضع في الفرن على درجة حرارة 200 ويشغل الفرن من تحت بس. الى ان تتحمر من تحت ثم نطفئ من تحت ونشغل من فوق الى ان تتحمر من فوق.
- يصب عليها حليب مكثف محلى وهي ساخنة وتؤكل وهي سااخنة وصحتين💙.
