- نسلق المعكرونة ونحطها مع بقية المكونات.
- نقطع البصل شرايح ونخلطه مع دقيق عشان يكون مقرمش ونقليه.
- الصلصة نحمس الثوم بالسمن ثم نضيف البهارات (كزبرة- بابريكا- كمون- ملح) ونتركه يطلع ريحته ثم نضيف الخل وصلصة الطماطم.
- اذا صار بهذا الشكل نضيف الطماطم منزوعة الجلد المضروبة بالخلاط ونخليها على نار هادية الى ان نحصل على القوام المطلوب.
- بعد ماتجهز الصلصة نغرف الكشري في صحن التقديم ونضع البصل المقلي والصلصة على الوجه.
- ممكن نقدمه مع الدقة : ندق فصين ثوم مع كمون وفلفل احمر ونضيف لهم ملح وليمون وخل وفنجان ماء ويقدم مع الكشري على البارد.
