- نسخن الزيت بالقدر جيداً نضع الجزر المبشور على الزيت ونقلب حتى يذبل ثم نضع الزبيب ونقلبهم جيداً ثم نرفع الجزر والزبيب من القدر ونضع قطع اللحم ونحمرها جيداً نضع البصل ونقلب.
- حتى يذبل البصل ويصبح ذهبي نضع الطماطم ومعجون الطماطم والكمون ونقلب حتى تتسبك الطماطم ثم نضيف ماء ساخن جداً يكفي لنضج اللحم ونغطي القدر ونتركه من ساعة إلى ساعتين.. نضيف الملح والارز بعد تصفيته بتقليب خفيف نمزج المكونات تكون النار متوسطه يجب أن تكون كميه الماء مرتفعه عن الأرز بقدر بسيط جداً ونرش الكون ونضيف الجزر والزبيب والبليله.
- عندا يبقى القليل من الماء نهدي النار جداً ونتركه إلى نصف ساعة.. ويقدم.
