  8. اذا نضج الدجاج نخرجه ونضعه في صينية ويدهن الدجاج بالزيت وصغار الزعفران والصويا صوص ويدخل الفرن حتى يتحمر.
  9. نخرج من الماء القرفة واوراق الغار والثوم ونضع الأرز بعد تصفيته من الماء ويترك على النار حتى النضج.
  10. يغرف ويقدم بالعافية.
  11. جربوه طعمه قريب جدا جدا من المطعم.
