3. نحضر مقلاة نضع فيها زيت ونحط حبات الكرنب في البيض ثم الشابلير ونحطهم يتقلاو.
4. بعد ذلك نحطهم في ورق ماس ونحضر صحن الفرن ندهنو بالزبدة ونضع فيه الحبات المقليين ونفرغ عليه الصوص تاعي تكون ثقيلة ونزينها بالحمص وندخلو الفرن.
5. يكون هذا شكلو النهائي بعد ماتحمر كن فوق.
6. انا قدمتو مع سلطة وكسرة خميرة.
