- نقلي البطاطا نحضر اللحم مرحي في قدر نضع بصل يذبال مع زيت + اللحم مرحي + توابل وملح + طماطم مصبرة ونزيد كأس ماء ونخليه على نار هادئة ونطفي عليه ونترك شوي من صلصة مانشفهش + معدنوس (بقدونس).
- بعد مايتقلا اللحم نستف البطاطا + الكرنب + جبن طري باه يذوب + اللحم بالصلصة + بطاطا + كرم واللحم والجبن نضع طبقات حسب رغبة الطبقه اخيرة اللحم + الفرن 180د من 20 دقيقة إلى 25د نخرجه ونتمتع بهذا الطبق اللذيذ.
