- بنكون حضرنا القطر قبل بوقت عشان يكون بارد والقطايف ساخنه عشان نحصل على قرشة بالقطايف.
- بنحضر الحشوة بنقطع الجوز يكون مفروم اطيب بحط فوقه القرفة والسكر ومعلقة سمنه وعسل.
- نحشيهم وعلى طول بقليهم بزيت حامي او سمنة اطيب بعدين مباشرة بالقطر البارد وصحة وعافية.
