- نعمل صوص طوماط في القاعدة ونضع الملفوف ثم نغطيهم بالصوص المتبقية نغطيهم بورق الزبدة وورق الطهي وندخلهم للفرن مدة نصف ساعة وبعدها نزيل الغطاء ونرشهم بالفرماج رابي ان وجد نحمرو ونخرجو ونقدمو وشهية طيبة.
- ملاحظة: انا معنديش الجبن المبشور معملتوش ولكن يزيد بنة لطبق.
- كما يمكن استبدال صدر الدجاج باللحم المفروم.
