- ناخد اوراق الكرم ونقطعها الى نصفين ونضع الدجاج ونلفها الكرم جيدا و نقليها في الزبدة.
- في قدر نضع بقايا صدر الدجاج وبصل مفروم وقليل من الزيت ونقليها جيدا نضيف لها الثوم والتوابل وقليل من الملح ونقلي على نار هادئة مع إضافة الماء من حين لاخر.
- عندما تتقلى جيدا نضيف لها حمص طايب نصف طياب ونمرق ونتركها تطهي.
- في قالب نضع الكرم ونسقيه بالمرق نغطيه بورق الطهي ثم ورق الالمنيوم وندخلها الفرن حتى تنشف وتبقى فيها قليل فقط من الصلصة.
