- بعدها اضيف الحليب و الجبن و الببض و الكزبرة المقطعة و الزيتون مقطع و اخلط جيداً و افرغه في مول الفرن و اسوي وجهه و ادخله الفرن حتى يتحمر.
- بعدما يتحمر اخرجه و اطلي الوجه بالجبن الطري و ارسم خطوط بالفلفل الاحنر الحار مخلوط بقليل من الماء ليسهل رسم الخطوط و ازينه مثل الميلفاي.ظ # شهية_طيبة.
