  3. ثم نضع بقية العجينة ونضعها على الغاز على نار خفيفة لمدة 7 دقائف حتى تتحمر ثم نطفئ الغاز.
  4. اذا كانت بالفرن نضعها على نار من تحت حتى تتحمر ثم نشعل النار من فوق.
  5. ثم تخرج وتزين وتسقى بالقطر البارد.
  6. صحة وعافية.
