- بسلق العدس لغاية مايستوي وبصفي.
- بحط بطنجره الزيت الزيتون وبحمس في البصل لغاية مايتشقر وياخذ لون ذهبي غامق بحط الرز فوقو وبقلي الرز منيح.
- وبعدها بنزل العدس والفلفل الاسود والماجي بحط عيار الماء وبتركو يطبخ على نار هاديه ليستوي.
- بسلق المعكرونه ماء وملعقه ملح صغيرة وملعقه زين.
- الصوص بحط كل المكونات بالخلاط وبعذها بحطهم على الغاز وبتركهم لغاية مايغلي وتتسبك الصلصله عندي بظيف عليها كاسه شاي زيت وبتركها تغلي وبطفي عليها.
- بعد ما استوى الرز بحط بصن التقديم طبقه من الرز وبعدها المعكرونه وبعدها الصلصله وبزينها ببصل مقرمش.
- بحاول اتخلص من اي طحين زايد وبقلي البصل بزيت غزير وحامي.
- مشان البصل يتقرمش بقطعو شرائح رفيعه وبحط عليه نص ملعقه طحين وبخلطو منيح لانو الطحين بيشرب الماء والبصل بيتقرمش.
