  2. بعدما رتاحت العجين منرجع منخلك الخليط بالخلاط ونبتدي بالتشكيل لا تخلص كل الكمية كلما تعملو كم حبة من العجين لازم تخلطو الخليط بالخلاط.
  3. القشطة نخلط كل الكونات على البارد وبعدين منشغل عليه النار مع لأستمرار بالتحريك لا يتقل القوام وتستوي حبة السميد (فيكن تستبدلو حليب السائل بماء وتحطو 1 كوب حليب ناشف).
  4. منحشي حبات القطايف بالجوز مع جوز الهند ومنقليون بزيت غزير لا يتحمرو...... بألف هنا على قلبكن ⚘.
