- تذوب الخميره مع الماء والسكر وتترك خمس دقائق وتوضع في سلطانية العجن ويضاف اليها الحليب والزيت والسمن والبيض تحرك جيدا.
- يضاف الدقيق مع الشمر والحبة السوداء وتعجن الى ان تتكون عجينة متماسكة تلف في كيس تترك تخمر ساعة.
- تجهز الخلطة تذوب الطحينة بالماء ويضاف لها الملح الخل واليمون والبهارات يضاف لها الكراث وتقلب جيدا لابد ان يكون الخليط متوسط ااقوام.
- يمكن ان تفرديها في صينية واحده او تقسم على ثلاثة صواني صغيرة تفرد وتثنى الاطراف تصب الحشوة ثم تغطى بطبقة من البيض وتدين بالطماطم والفلف الرومي.
