- في الخلاط نحط الماء ونضيف عليها المكونات الجافه ماعدا الدقيق نحط واحد كوب عشان ما يتكتل على جوانب الخلاط ونخلط المكونات 30 ثانيه بس مايحتاج اكتر بعدين نحط الكوب التاني من الدقيق ونرجع نخلطه لمدة دقيقة.
- بعدين نخليه في نفس الخلاط بس يكون مغطى مزبوط لمدة ربع ساعة عشان ترتاح.
- و نستخدم فنجان القهوة عشان تطلع متساوية وحلوه.
- نجيب صاج أو طاوه ضد الالتصاق و نحميها اول على نار عاليه 30 ثانيه بعدين نخفف النار على آخر شي والأفضل كمان تحطو الصاج على أصغر عين عندكم عشان ماتنحرق عليكم العجينه.
- بعدين نصب شوية من العجينه في الفنجان ونحطها على الصاج.. حتطلع حبيبات بيضا نسيبها على الصاج بدون تقليب أو تحريك حتى تنشف الحبيات البيضا وبكده تكون استوت العجينه ونشيلها نحطها على منشفه عشان تبرد ونكمل على كده.
- واذاحبيتو تسوو منها عصافير استخدمو الملعقه حقت المقادير وتسووها بنفس الطريقة وبالعااااافيه 😻 تقدرو تحشوها بالحشوات اللي تناسبكم🌹واستمتعوا بالطعم.
