- في كوكوط حطيت الدجاج والزيت خليتهم يتغلاو ثم اضفت البصل والطماطم والتوابل وغليتهم مليح مليح اضفت البطاطا والجزر ومرقت بالماء سخون وتركتهم يطيبو.
- بعد مامرت عشرين دقيقة فتحت الكوكوط ونزعت الدجاج واضفت الملفوف اللي كنت غسلتو بماء سخون وقطعتو وغلقت الكوكوط حوالي ربع ساعة سكرفجت فصين ثوم وقطعت المعدنوس (بقدونس) وحليت مغرف فرينة (طحين او دقيق) في شوية ماء واضفتها للمرق باه تعقد.
- طفيت الغاز وقدمت الجواز لعايلتي جات مريقة عسل اول مرة نطيب لكرنب كنت ما نحبوش بصح من الان راح نعود نطيبو لازم الواحد يغير شوية بالصحة والراحة.
