- نقلب حتى تختلط المكونات ويذوب السكر ونضع على النار مع استمرار التقليب حتى يغلظ القوام ويغلي ونصبه فوق الطبقة السابقة ونتركه بالثلاجة ويمكن التزيين بصوص شوكولاته وكريمة خفق ومكسرات وبالهنا.
