أضع الكرمب على البخار و أرش الملح حتى يستوي.
احضر الحشو بخلط الدجاج والارز والتوابل والمعدنوس.
لما يستوي الكرمب اضع الحشو في منتصف الورقة وألف الورقة ثم امررها في الطحين واقليه.
من جهة أحضر المرق وذلك بقلي البصل والثوم والدجاج جيدا في الزيت ثم اضيف التوابل والحمص واسكب الماء الساخن واغلق طنجرة الضغط حوالي 35د.
أرمي المفوف المقلي في المرق واتركه يغلي قليلا حتى يتخثر المرق ثم اطفئ النار واقدمه.
