- تدهن صنيه مقاس 30 بالزبدة والدقيق ويوضع بها الخليط الكيك في فرن مسبق تسخينه على حراره 180 لمدة 45 دقيقه.
- يتم اختبار الكيك وبعد النضج يخرج من الفرن.
- تقلب الكيك وتترك لتبرد وفي نفس الصنيه يتم رص الفراوله بعد تقطيعها أنصاف بالطول ويوضع عليها 2 باكو جيلي مذاب في كوبين ماء فقط.
- تدخل الثلاجه حوالي 30 دقيقه لتتماسك طبقه الجيلي والفراوله.
- بعد أن تتماسك أول طبقه من الجيلي والفراوله يتم وضع الكيك البارد مرة أخرى في الصنيه وتسقي ب3 باكو جيلي مذابين في 4اكواب ماء.
- تدخل الثلاجه لتتماسك لمدة 3_4 ساعات وبعد ذلك تترك خارج الثلاجه لمدة 10 دقائق ليسهل قلبها وتقلب وتقدم.
