- نضع طنجرة على النار فيها بصلة مفرومة وقليل من الزيت النباتي حتى تذبل البصلة ،ثم نضع معلقة ونصف من دبس البندورة(معجون الطماطم) ونحركها مع البصل لمدة دقيقتين.
- نضيف الماء الى اقل من نصف الطنجرة ثم نضع الملح والفلفل والزنجبيل..
- نضيف الجزر والفليفلة والبقدونس والبندوره ونتركها حتى تستوي.
- نضيف المعكرونه الى الخضار ثم نقلل حرارة الغاز الى اقل درجة ممكنة ونترك المعكرونة حتى تستوي ويجف الماء.
