- ملاحضة : يضاف الزيت كاخر مكون لنتحصل على قوام املح و كي لا تتكور الفرينة.
- نغطي الخليط و نتركه يرتاح مدة 10 دقائق.
- بعد ما غرتاح الخليط نضع مقلاة خاصة بالكريب على نار و ندهنها بالزبدة دهنة خفيفة و نستعمل الغرتف لنطبخ الكريب.
- نقوم بتزيينه ب الشكولاطة و الموز و الحشوة تبقى حسب الرغبة و يقدم بالصحة و العافية.
