- نقوم بتحضير التسبيكه نضرب الطماطم في الخلاط مع حبه فلفل اخضر ونررح على البوتجاز نضيف نصف كوب زيت على الحلى ونضيف البصل الى ان يحصل على الون الذهبي ونضيف الطماطم على البصل ونضيف عليهم عليهم ملعقة ملح كبيره ومعلقه كمون صغيرة ونتركها الى ان تتسبك.
- تحضير الارز نقوم بتحمير الشعيرية على حله مضاف اليها 3 ملاعق زيت ونقلب الى ان ياخذ اللون الذهبي ونضيف الارز ويقلب جيذا مع ملعقة ملح كبيره ونضيف اليه ماء واول مايشرب الماء نقوم بتوطيه النار الى ان يستوي.
