- بعد ذلك نترك الخليط يرتاح لمدة 15 دقيقة نسخن المقلاة جيدا على نار قاوية نضع القليل من الخليط فوق المقلاة ونحركها بشكل دائري.
- نتركها تحمار من الاسفل ونقلب ونضغط من الاطراف حتى تصبح مقرمشة ثم ناتي بمنديل من القماش ونغطي لكراب حتى تحافظ على طراوتها.
- من جهة اخرى نقطع فواكه الى قطع صغيرة في مقلاة نضع القليل من السكر ونتركه حتى يتكرمل ونضيف الفواكه ونحرك.
- ناتي بورق ليكراب نطويها على اثنين ونطليها با لشوكولاطة ونضيف الفواكه المكرملة في الوسط ونطوي على شكل مثلث.
- او بشكل اخر شكل سيڨار.
- نقدمها ونزينها بشكل خطوط بالشكولاطة شهية طيبة.
- او نقدمها كما هو في الصور.
