- نحضر صلصة البيشاميل نخلط كل المكونات بارد في بارد نحطها على النار لما تعقد نطفي عليها و نخليها تبرد.
- لما تبرد نصبها فوق حبات الكريب و نحط القليل من الزبدة من فوق ندخلو للفرن لما يطيب نحط فوقه الجبن المبشور و نغلق على البلا حتى يذوب الجبن.
