- في مقلاة نحط شوية زيت ونطيب صدر الدجاج المتبل بالملح والفلفل الاسود والكركم والكسبر مع شوية بصل ومعدنوس،حتى يطيب.
- نقسم العجين الى كويرات،نفتح الكرية على شكل بيضوي،نحط بطاطا مقلية ،ثم الدجاج،ثم الجبن،ونغلق بالفرشيطة على الحواف،.
- نسخن مقلاة خشينة،او طاجين ثقيل نحط فيه الكريب على نار هادئة يطيب ويتحمر،ويقدم،صحتين وعوافي.
