نقوم بغسل الحمص جيدا من ماء النقع ونصفيه جيدا..
نحضر قدر, نضع به ماء على النار. وعند الغليان نضع الحمص..
عندما يظهر هذا اللون الابيض علينا اذالته نهائيا, قبل وضع البهارات..
حتى يصبح بهذا الشكل, نضع عليها عصير الطماطم والليمون والملح وكل البهارات والبصله المفرومه والثوم المفروم والشطه..
ومتابعته بتزويده الماء حتى الاستواء, لانها يحتاج إلى فتره طويله, من 5 ل6 ساعات تقريبا. ويؤكل بألف هنآ 😍..
ملحوظه : لا ننسى ازاله الليمون وورق اللورى قبل التقديم 👌..
