اولا يغسل التفاح جيدا كما سبق في وصفتي السابقه ثم ترفع كاسة السكر والماء والقرفه على النار وتترك حتى تغلي ثم تضاف قشور التفاح واي بقايا من التفاح بستثناء البذور تترك على النار حوالى نصف ساعة.

ثم يصفى شراب قشر التفاح من القشور وترفع طاوه على النار ويضاف اليه نص كاسة السكر ثم يصب عليها شراب قشور التفاح مع التقليب في البدايه حتى يذوب السكر.

ويترك على النار حتى يتكرمل السكر ثم نقوم باضافة الزبده ويقلب حتى تذوب الزبده تماما.

ثم يصب الكرميل مباشره في الصينيه المراد استخدامها.
