- تغسل البطاطا جيدا بسفنجة وتشطف بالماء جيدا وتقطع الي نصفين.
- تسلق البطاطا الي نسبة 90 % نضج وتقشر.
- توضع البطاطا المسلوقة في وعاء وتهرس ممع الزيت ثم اللبن نضيف الثوم المفروم ويخلط جيدا مع البطاطا.
- نخلط الباندورا والفللفل المقطع الي كل التوابل والملح الي ان يصير الخليط ممزوج جيدا.
- ندخل كل المكونات اثناء الخلط حتي تتشرب البطاطا كل النكهة ثم نضع الموسكات والزعتر ونقلبهم مع البطاطا والخليط ككل.
- نضع الكمية كلها في اناء للتحمير ونقلبهم لمدة 5 دقائق ثم نضع البيض ويقلب علي النار بصورة مستمرة.
- تقدم مع اي صوص محبب ومن الممكن للكريب او ساندوتش او بيادينا او مقبلات.
- ممتعة مع وجبة الاسماك ومفضلة للسي فود يفضل كثير الكوكا مشروب رئيسي مع هذه الوجبة.
- بالهنا والشفا بكرة انشالله حابة اقدم باذنجان محشي وكوسة بخلة مختلفة.
