6. نجهز الكريم الشنتي وسيرو ثم نضع قطعة جنواز نشربها جيدا ونضع طبقة كريم شنتي وقليل من كريمة الليمون.
7. نكمل الطبقات كلها هكذا ثم نغلفها بالكريمة الشونتي ونضع الكريمة الليمون في الوسط ونضع كوكاو إفيلي في الجوانب وندخلها الثلاجة على اقل ساعتين.
