  6. يضاف الماء وتترك الى ان ينضج الدجاج قرابة ربع ساعة بعد الغليان.
  7. نضيف كيس الملوخية وتترك على النار الى ان تذوب وتستوي مدة نص ساعة تقريبا.
  8. يمكن عمل الطشة وتصب على الملوخية بعد ان نطفي عليها. والطشة هي قليل من الثوم يحمر في الزيت ثم يصب على الملوخية.
  9. نغرف الملوخية في طبق التقديم مع الخبز العربي او الرز الابيض وبالعافية.
