- َبعد استواء الدجاج (حسب الذوق اللي يحب يخليه كامل واللي يحب يفتفته) اشيل الدجاج واضع ملح الليمون ثم أضع الملوخيه وبعد تفتيت الدجاج احطه فوق الملوخيه واغطيه الين ماقبل الاستواء أدق راس ثوم كامل مع شوي حامض ونسكبه فوقه ونظبط الملح ونخليه ١٠ دقايق زياده ويقدم مع الرز بالعافيه 💞.
