- نطلع كأس كريم شانتيه مع كأس ماء بارد جداً نبدأ ونضعها فثلاجه تتماسك.
- نحضر قاناج شوكولاته 100g شوكولاته نذوبوها ونضيفلها القليل من كريم فريش ونخلطها جيداً ونتركو برد.
- نبدأ بتشكيل الكيك نضع طبقة الأولى ونشربها بسيرو ثم نضع طبقة من كريم ثم طبقة ثانية ونكمل بنفس طريقة ونضعها فثلاجه تتماسك مده ساعتين بعد ماتتماسك نغلفها بالكريمه ونزينها بقاناج شوكولاته وحلوى.
