- اضيفي الملوخية الآن ثم ضعي مقلاة صغيرة على النار اعمل الطشة بها ملعقة صغيرة زبدة او سمن ثم ثوم مدقوق قلبي حتى ياخذ لون ذهبي اضيفي الكزبرة الجافه والكمون تقليبه واحده ثم اضيفيها على الملوخية.
- قدمي الملوخية الى جانب اللحم او الدجاج المحمر مع الأرز المفلفل وهناك من يفضلها بالخبز المصري والف هنا.
- لا احب اضافة مكعب مرقة الدجاج الجاهزة طالما الشوربة غنية وجميله تكفي.
