- ونخفق وبعدها نضيف برش الحامض وخل التفاح والطحين ونخفق قليلا ونتركهو يرتاح ونرجع نخفق بياض البيض في وعاء حتى يصبح رغوة ونضعهو مع خليط الكاك ونحرك غي ملعقة حتى ينخلط ونتركهو.
- نحضر صواني الفرن نفس القياس وندهن الصواني بالزيت والطحين ونقسم الخليط قسمين ونضعهو في الصواني وندخلهو الفرن على حرارة عالية.
- نخفق الكريمة جيداً ونضعها في البراد حتى تجمد.
- عندما ينتهي خبز الكاك نتركهو يبرد جيداً ومنقسم كل صبنية الى قسمين ونحشي باكريما ومنزبنو على هدا الشكل ونضيغ الكاكاو الى لكريما هلي منزين الوجه.
- فبنا نزبن الشكل هلي من حبو.
